30-Day Return Window
Thank you for shopping at The Chef's Bench! If there are any issues with your order you have 30 days from the date your order is placed to request a return or cancellation. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How Shipping Works for Returns

Self-Serve Returns: You can easily initiate your return directly through your customer account using our self-serve returns portal.

Return Shipping Labels: Once your return request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you.

Supplier Direct Return: Because our premium apparel, footwear, and supplements are shipped directly from our curated suppliers, your return package will be routed straight back to the supplier for efficient processing.
Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time up until the moment it is fulfilled by the supplier.

Processing Time: Once the supplier receives and inspects your returned item, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
